Who We Are

Established in 1969, the Friends of the Public Library is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that supports the public libraries in Albuquerque and Bernalillo County by funding educational and literacy programs, such as the Summer Reading Program, staff development, and community outreach.

Book Sales

Join us at our monthly book sales, where you can find treasures galore at up to 90% off cover price. Our sales feature books, CDs, movies, art prints and much more! Our next sale is:
